Director
Mark has been involved with commissioning and commissioning management of building services since 1992, both in the UK and in New Zealand.
Mark was a technical director of a large New Zealand consultancy company providing building services engineering and commissioning services.
His passion is delivering a high quality commissioning management service.
Martin Payne
Director
Having started his Commissioning career in the UK in 1991, Martin is highly experienced in the Building Services industry, and the operation and understanding of environmental control equipment.
He is accredited by the Commissioning Specialist Association (CSA) with a Grade 6 CM3, this is the CSA’s highest possible grade; a status recognised and endorsed by CIBSE in their Commissioning Management code – Code M.
Martin has an exceptional knowledge of other building services across a range of industry disciplines and their interaction with one and other in various modes of operation.
His ability and focus to review design drawings and specifications for Commissionability ensures design intent is achievable, from design through to installation, and the commissioning of the finished project
